Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Butler Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care based on the knowledge of ANA Standards of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, hospital policies and procedures, and the RI Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in treatment planning to coordinate management of medical and nursing care and discharge planning of patients.
  • Administer medications with knowledge of action, mode of administration, side effects, and contraindications.
  • Assume role of Charge Nurse for the shift.

Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
  • Training and Experience: Current RI nursing license.
  • Special Qualifications: B.S.N preferred.
