About the Role

DW Simpson is seeking an experienced actuary to lead our commercial property pricing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACAS or FCAS professional with at least 4 years of experience in managing teams, leading methodology enhancements, and driving industry research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of analysts to deliver high-quality actuarial projects
  • Develop and implement new methodologies to improve pricing accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with external business partners to drive strategic initiatives
  • Conduct industry research to inform actuarial projects and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of commercial lines experience
  • Proven track record of managing teams and leading projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
