Job Overview

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a skilled Embedded Knowledge Management Specialist Liaison to support the Bureau of African Affairs, Office of Regional Peace and Security (AF/RPS) and the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Security Assistance for the PKO funding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand and maintain the Portal to house, track, report out, and manage the foreign assistance projects and programs of the Bureau of African Affairs, Office of Regional Peace and Security.
  • Deliver a cloud-based, updateable database of key project demographic information that can be used to feed data visualizations on the Portal.
  • Provide AF/RPS the ability to stand up dedicated sub-portals to support interagency working groups and collaboration and sharing initiatives.
  • Provide Portal system maintenance, security, help desk, permissions management, training, user invitation and onboarding, and extensible environment creation.
  • Shall continue to use existing Portal currently in use by AF/RPS
  • Shall expand existing Portal system as necessary to store and maintain all AF-managed Foreign Assistance project and program records.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years or more work experience working with a government, corporate, or university-level academic institution on accumulating, storing, and/or sharing knowledge (e.g., program data and information).
  • Two (2) years or more work experience writing, reviewing, proofreading, and editing documents in support of the development and management of cloud-based or on-premises databases or content management systems for a government, corporate, or university-level academic institution.
  • English language (written and spoken) communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently to assess priorities and manage daily coordination of details with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate activities in multiple locations, act decisively in daily work, and work well in a multi-cultural team environment.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • (1) Year or more Exp with data visualization software, i.e., Tableau
Clearance and Travel Requirements
  • Secret Security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
