Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and release HW & SW design solutions for electronic components in Vehicle functions or body controls and body builder specific functions.
  • Collaborate with global technology development teams to track platform development progress and participate in discussions with Tier-1 suppliers.
  • Follow level 4-time plan activities and milestones.
  • Work with component installations for Body ECUs as needed.
  • Collaborate with truck integration teams to resolve issues arising due to component-related issues.
  • Respond to defect reports and follow the defect report process for resolution.
  • Document SW configurations for various variant combinations and ensure ESW SW release process compliance.
  • Utilize Canalyzer tools to analyze log files and perform troubleshooting.
  • Download software using factory, engineering, and service tools.
  • Perform minimum smoke tests on the bench before delivering to integration teams.
  • Participate in PI planning and breakdown features to stories and tasks, and follow up through sprints.
  • Occasionally work on trucks to debug and troubleshoot issues.
