Job Description

As a Lead Teacher at BrightPath Kids USA, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety and supervision of children in your assigned classroom
  • Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum and programs
  • Cultivating relationships with families to provide personalized care and education
  • Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child's progress
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Lead Teacher at BrightPath Kids USA, you will need to possess:

  • An Associate Degree or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
  • At least 2 years of experience in a licensed child care facility
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
