About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • IV certification required if required by state regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
  • BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
