Career Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced RV Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure a smooth transition of customers through the buying process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the RV industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
