Client Services Specialist

Annexus Group, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our North Scottsdale office. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the processing of our fixed annuity products, ensuring timely and accurate issue and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to maintain and improve our daily workflow systems, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
  • Identify and implement process changes to enhance our services, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectives.
  • Test and integrate new technology enhancements into our infrastructure, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Provide administrative support to our New Business Organization and Agent support teams, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain our operations scanning and filing system, ensuring accurate and secure storage of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in an investment environment or 2-5 years' administrative experience, with a strong background in operations or back office support.
  • Excellent client service, quality, and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization and external partners.
  • Proficiency in typing and 10-key data entry, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Superior interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Initiative, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment, with experience in workflow systems and Salesforce a plus.
