Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide professional performance and direct patient care in our hospital setting.

Job Summary:

The registered nurse is primarily responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and coordinating care for patients and their families across the healthcare continuum. This role requires clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal patient care outcomes using the model of care designed by the nursing department and in accordance with established agency policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, ensuring effective communication and prioritization of tasks.
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments, diagnoses, plans, interventions, and evaluations to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • C coordinate care for patients and their families, facilitating seamless transitions and comprehensive support.
  • Ensure clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal patient care outcomes through adherence to established agency standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 24 months of experience as an MED SURG TELE RN in a hospital setting, demonstrating expertise and adaptability.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and interpretation skills, to efficiently access and manage patient information.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate communication and collaboration with various healthcare team members, patients, and families.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, set realistic goals, and complete assigned work efficiently.
Education and Certifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an associate's or Bachelor of Science degree program; BSN preferred.
  • Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
