We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at GE Vernova. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the daily execution of S-Q-D-C on a lean line in the Buckets Cell (Turbine Blades).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production according to the appropriate instructions.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute Lean Line Daily Output.
- Coach and mentor other MEs and Operators to ensure seamless production execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university/college.
- OR a high School diploma/GED with at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools.
