Technical Sales Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Solutions Specialist to join our team at Difenda Inc. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in IT security operations and customer service to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our C3 delivery and revenue teams to provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that customers understand our services and value proposition.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our services, including security operations, threat intelligence, information protection, and more.
- Support internal training initiatives and participate in customer sessions to educate stakeholders on our solutions.
- Develop high-level customer solutions, including pricing, and Statements of Work (SOW) agreements.
- Prepare customer proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and other sales materials, such as slide decks and product quotes.
- Engage in partnership management activities, including obtaining necessary certifications and staying informed about technical partnerships.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security operations or related fields.
- A strong background in customer service and communication, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in service delivery, proposal development, and agreement negotiation.
- A solid understanding of IT security processes, including security operations, threat intelligence, and more.
- One or more relevant security or technology-specific certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Lean, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
