Demold Operations Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Demold Operations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will assist the Lead Demold Technician with organizing and maintaining production in the Demold Department, ensuring that all procedures are followed at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist the Lead Demold Technician with rolling out new parts to employees, including training and mentoring lesser skilled technicians in demoulding, mould cleaning, and storage.
- Ensure that all procedures are followed at all times, notifying the Lead/Supervisor/Manager of any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space, reinforcing cleaning procedures with employees if necessary.
- Assist in maintaining a good/respectful work environment, notifying the Lead/Supervisor/Manager of any improper behaviors.
- Ensure that required personal protective equipment (PPE) is being worn, notifying the Lead/Supervisor/Manager of any violations.
- Properly remove composite components from bagging and moulds.
- Clean, prepare, assemble, and store moulds properly.
- Utilize hand and powered tools.
- Baked resin removal and release systems.
- Ability to work with Production Supervisor's established priorities to assure workflow is sustained.
- Minimum High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to use small hand tools, sanders, rivet guns, drills, manual routers, adhesive applicators, calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices.

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
