Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, expenses, and risk management to ensure optimal store performance
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales plans, monitor customer service, and maintain a high level of operational efficiency
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
  • 1 year of experience in an Assistant Store Manager role
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Previous involvement working in a commission-oriented environment a plus
  • Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $15.40 - $18.80 per hour, plus a commission rate between 1.5% and 6% based on personal sales volume. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on store sales.
