Psychiatric Nurse

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require mental health services and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Medication Management: Administer and monitor medications as prescribed by physicians to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based therapies to promote patient recovery and improve mental health outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
- Education and Licensure: Current registered nurse licensure in good standing and a minimum of one year recent psychiatric nursing experience.
- Certifications and Training: Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications, if applicable.
