At Signature Flight Support Corporation, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Aviation Customer Service Representative. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to customers while ensuring seamless operations at our fixed-base operation (FBO).

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of our FBO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, using effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and policies, while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid State License: Where applicable, a valid state license may be required for driving duties.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to company dress code standards.
  • Background Checks: Pass background checks, including criminal and motor vehicle checks, and maintain airport security clearance.
  • Language Skills: Possess strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer operations, including internet, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Airline or Aviation Experience: Three to six months experience in airline, aviation, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Radio Procedures Knowledge: Familiarity with radio procedures and protocols.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.50 to $24.00 per hour, based on factors such as skill sets, education, shift worked, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel.
