We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Rochester Regional Health, a fully-integrated health system dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care. Our comprehensive and multi-disciplinary team approach ensures that patients receive the best possible treatment.

Scope of the Position:
Our Orthopedic Surgery department is a large primary care referral base throughout a 12-county catchment area. We offer advanced surgical technology, including robotics and navigation, as well as modernized operating rooms. Our Musculoskeletal Service Line includes over 40 orthopaedic surgeons, the majority of whom are fellowship-trained.
Competitive Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation with a salary guarantee, sign on bonus, paid malpractice with full coverage, defined benefit pension plan, 403(b), 457(b), and fully covered relocation services provided. Additionally, we offer CME stipend and time off, generous vacation time, and pay transparency.
Requirements:
- DO, MD degree
- Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED) certification
- Ability to work in a light work environment
Pay Range: $500,000.00 - $700,000.00
