Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for performing activities related to analysis, evaluation, building, testing, and implementing planned IT software solutions and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and document work activities related to analysis, evaluation, building, testing, or implementing planned IT software solutions and processes.
  • Acquire and apply business/IT knowledge to enhance, maintain, or support existing products/processes as per defined services level agreements.
  • Organize own activities for short-term or sub-project/components under the direction of experienced personnel and reports on status.
  • Gain product experience and technical skills through assigned role and training.
  • Ensure adherence to standards as outlined in the management model and utilize best practices to improve products and services.
Requirements
  • Typically 0-2 years of experience in related experience in desktop support.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to understand and communicate customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • ServiceNow experience is a plus.
