Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $62,500 - $67,000 per year, based on experience and location. In addition to a competitive salary, employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan.

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations in one of our warehouses, coordinating activities with other teams to ensure optimal logistics performance. This includes planning and reviewing logistics processes, establishing work schedules, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). As a leader, you will provide coaching, development, and training to staff members to improve their skills and performance.

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer service specifications.
  • Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize shift/team logistics.
  • Track KPIs and make recommendations for process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Warehouse Supervisor, you should possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with one to two years of direct supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
  • 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
