Eliot's Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based treatment and solution-focused clinical interventions to individuals and families in need.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an empathetic and dedicated individual who can make a difference in the lives of others. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and care to clients and their families, while working collaboratively with our team to provide coordinated care continuum.

About the Role:

  • Provide side-by-side therapy and interventions to individuals and families, focusing on problem-solving skills, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement.
  • Deliver therapy interventions in various settings, including offices, communities, and client residences, based on client preference and clinical direction.
  • Participate in daily team huddles and meetings, completing documentation prior to meetings, and contributing to the development of treatment plans.
  • Ensure active involvement of clients in their treatment planning process and incorporate their preferences into care.
  • Provide individual therapy to assigned clients and/or families, adhering to CBHC/Eliot policies and procedures.
  • Develop targeted therapy plans using CBT modalities, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF-CBT, CAMS, family therapies, integrated dual diagnosis treatment, self-management plans, and other clinical interventions.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehab Counseling, or a related field, or a Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college and licensed in Massachusetts.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, ability to develop short-term interventions, and engagement strategies.
  • The ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clinical presentations and knowledge of community resources.

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • $65,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
  • 6% salary increase for bilingual candidates.
  • A hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 office-based days.
