As a Radiology X Ray Technologist at UCHealth, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients while working with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for performing radiographic procedures, reviewing patient histories, prioritizing procedural education, and implementing techniques to yield clarity in images. The successful candidate will be registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Review patient history, initiate radiographic images based on physician order, and prioritize procedural patient education
  • Safely administer contrast media or associated imaging medications, monitoring patient condition
  • Respond and report changes in patient condition as appropriate
  • Implement techniques to yield clarity in image, quality control, and equipment functionality based on established best practices in Radiology (ARRT)
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
