Job Title: Clinical Resource

Cascadia Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Resource to join our team. This role will support seven facilities located in Moscow, Lewiston, Orofino, and Grangeville.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare staff across seven facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and support clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for clinical staff.
  • Support and develop Directors of Nursing and their clinical teams.
  • Collaborate with facility managers to address clinical challenges and improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
  • Serve as a liaison between the facilities and the central office.
Requirements:
  • 3 Years of Skilled Nursing Experience Minimum
  • Registered Nurse (RN), license active in Idaho
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a multi-facility setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel between facilities as needed.
