Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced clinician to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

About the Role

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication disorders. Your expertise will help individuals of all ages improve their speech, language, and swallowing abilities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech and language abilities
Provide therapy sessions to improve articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and voice quality
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers to coordinate patient care and treatment goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

CCC-SLP certification
BLS certifications
Two years of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Strong communication and adaptability skills

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $1,437.85 per week, reflecting the cost of living in Flagstaff, Arizona. In addition to your base salary, you can expect to receive comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) matching, relocation assistance, and ongoing education and training opportunities.
