Content Creation Opportunity with AEG

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sports Media Content Creator to join our team in Bismarck, North Dakota. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for assisting the video production team with live broadcasts of all Larks games, creating visual content for video boards, social media, and other promotional materials.

About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports media content creation, camera operation, and broadcasting. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality content to our audience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the video production team with live broadcasts of all Larks games
  • Create visual content for video boards, including graphics and videos
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for events and games
  • Operate cameras during live broadcasts
  • Maintain proper care of broadcast equipment
  • Represent the team at various events and community functions
Requirements
  • Prior experience in live sports production or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work extended hours, upwards of 14 hours, and lift 30-50 pounds
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their features
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $23,000-$25,000, based on the location and requirements of the role.
