Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Advisor Employee Services. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients and prospects
  • Manage the advisor's calendar and prepare for client meetings
  • Process new business applications and account servicing paperwork
  • Update records to reflect account service or new business status
  • Assist with industry-specific tasks such as application submission and CRM management
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree minimum
  • Minimum 2+ years working in an office/client service environment, preferably in financial services
  • Strong technology skills, highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
