About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our team at Total Quality Logistics (TQL). As an IAM Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and supporting IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient employee, application, and end-user access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement access governance processes to ensure compliance with industry best practices
  • Design and configure IAM solutions to meet organizational needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize identity management processes across the organization
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on IAM processes and tools

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with an IGA solution (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta)
  • 5+ years of experience administrating Active Directory and/or Entra ID
  • 2+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (Java, C#, Python) or scripting (PowerShell)
  • 2+ years of experience working with a Privileged Access Management suite (e.g., Entra PIM, CyberArk, PAM 360)
