Job Opportunity

Blackspoke is seeking a skilled RPA Developer Associate to join our team. As a critical component of our nation's safety and security, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by using your expertise to protect our country from threats.

As a junior development team member, you will examine and document business processes, making recommendations for process improvement through redesign and/or automation. Your responsibilities will include working with customers to understand processes at the key stroke level, understanding the feasibility of automating processes, and designing and developing the future state of those processes.

You will also assist the Senior Developer with the design, development, and implementation of software robots, or bots, to work alongside humans to enhance business process efficiency. Additionally, you will help identify, collect, and disseminate best practices and lessons learned, and support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) that define the processes, criteria, input requirements, and notional timelines that support business process improvement and/or automation recommendations.

Requirements for this role include an active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph, and a current DoD IAT II Level certification or the ability to successfully obtain one within 90 days of hire. A Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience is also required. Preferred qualifications include 1-5 years of Software Developer experience, UiPath Developer or Analyst, Process Analyst with experience implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, or a combination of these.
