This full-time role based in Shoreline, WA, involves:
- Managing a patient panel with diverse needs
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Key Requirements:
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- At least two years of practice experience in an outpatient primary care setting within the last five years
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within one year of joining One Medical
- State licensed in WA, obtained before starting at One Medical

The base salary range for this role is $265,000 to $285,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
