  • Oversee all maintenance and repair work, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably as a superintendent.
  • Experience in boiler maintenance, basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Preferred bi-lingual (English/Spanish).

Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - Westbourne 9am-5pm, Wednesday - Fania 9am-5pm, 35 hours per week.
