We are seeking a top-performing Insurance Inside Account Manager to drive sales growth and expansion in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to engage with customers, promote our products, and achieve sales objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Utilize advanced sales techniques to convert and close new and existing leads.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion of sales-related activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • First-year estimated salary: $95,000 - $110,000.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, featuring weekly commissions, bonus structures, and additional incentives, totaling an estimated first-year OTE of $110,000 (Commission + Bonus).

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales or marketing experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Commitment to working in an in-office environment, full-time.
