The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Certified Nursing Assistant to provide quality care to residents in various locations within a 150-mile radius. This opportunity offers competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.

As a Travel CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and providing psychosocial support. You will also assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment.

Additional responsibilities include completing tasks related to food preparation and dining, creating a positive dining experience for residents, and assisting with meals and snacks. You will also provide housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational.

Qualifications include a high school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, minimum age of 16, and prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred. Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position.
