Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Clean & Clear Advantage, LLC. As a Therapist, you will provide whole-person-oriented care to our clients, utilizing empirically-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote successful development of habits consistent with a sober lifestyle
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Services or related field
  • Experience in mental health or addiction treatment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
