Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing various radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, ensuring high-quality images, and providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities- Operate radiographic equipment, including X-ray machines and fluoroscopy units, to produce high-quality images.
- Position patients accurately and safely for exams, using proper body mechanics and radiation safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology to provide accurate diagnoses and recommendations.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and advancements.
- ARRT-RTR certification in Radiography
- BLS certification
- RTF certification in Fluoroscopy
- One year of progressively responsible experience in radiologic technology
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
