About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As an ABA Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with individuals on the autism spectrum, helping them develop new skills and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans written by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help patients learn new skills
  • Work in a variety of settings, including the therapy center, home, school, and community-based settings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
  • RBT certification (must be obtained within the orientation/training period)

Physical Demands:

This is a physically active position that requires standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and implement physical management procedures as needed.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a clinical environment and may require working at offsite locations. The employee must be able to work in a variety of settings and adapt to changing situations.
