What You'll Contribute:

We're seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about sustainability and wants to make a difference. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to establish and maintain positive relationships with our customers, coordinate activities, and collaborate with team members to ensure customer order accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate account records within Salesforce, verifying all accounts have accurate discounts, account notes, billing information, and account owners.
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner via phone and/or email with customers and account managers to ensure questions and orders are prepared correctly.
  • Review and process all return material authorization requests in Salesforce.
  • Effectively work with operations, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure accurate account management and information in Salesforce.
  • Enter all quote and orders cases from Salesforce into Oracle.
  • Process all credit requests received in Salesforce and the accounting team into Oracle.
  • Review and process all order requests assigned from the Quality Service Center.
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree
  • Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Basic proficiency in Salesforce & Oracle preferred
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong ability to multitask and respond in a professional and accurate manner
  • Strong attention to detail
