Project Specialist Job Description

Trusted Tech Team is a leading Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) specializing in Microsoft Cloud services, Microsoft perpetual licensing, and Professional and Security Services for medium and enterprise-sized businesses.

As a Project Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing contract renewals and executing strategic projects to support business objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Renewals Management:
    • Monitor and manage the renewal lifecycle of Microsoft 365 contracts.
    • Keep track of renewals using Zoho Desk and Salesforce.
    • Communicate with clients to ensure timely renewals and address any concerns or issues.
    • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to facilitate smooth renewals.
    • Maintain accurate records of renewal statuses and forecast future renewal opportunities.
  • Special Projects:
    • Lead and manage special projects to ensure accounts are current on pricing and promotions.
    • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and resources.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Track and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, customer success, finance, and other relevant teams.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to ensure alignment on renewal and project goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in contract management, renewals, or project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with the following tech stack: Salesforce, MS Excel, and Partner Center.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the technology or cloud services industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and contract management software.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud services and licensing.
  • Experience with Zoho Desk and Chargebee
