Job Title: NetSuite Business Systems Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Business Systems Manager to join our team at Capax RM. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business processes.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of NetSuite customizations, including workflows, scripts, and reports.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system effectively.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors and consultants for advanced technical needs.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing NetSuite ERP, with a strong focus on business systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite administration, customization, and integration.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Strong understanding of CPG manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • NetSuite certifications are a plus.
