We are seeking an experienced Electronics Test Specialist to join our team in Los Osos, California.

Job Summary

The Electronics Test Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our power supplies by troubleshooting failed units and identifying any consequential failures that must be corrected.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical assembly and experience with electronic measurement tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot failed power supplies and components
  • Review test reports of failed power supplies
  • Use automated and manual test processes to isolate the problem to a board or module
  • Identify the failure whether a bad or incorrect component
  • Document, report, and track failure modes
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent in Electronics Technology, BSEE preferred
  • 3-5 years in electrical assembly
  • Experience using basic and advanced electronic measurement tools and equipment
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word)
