Social Services Coordinator

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is a leading non-profit social service agency serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.
We are seeking a Full Time Case Worker for our Supportive Assistance for Individuals and Families (SAIF) program located in Newark, New Jersey.
The SAIF program aims to reduce dependency on welfare by promoting self-sufficiency for individuals who have received welfare benefits for more than 48 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor caseload, complete monthly state reports, and maintain case records.
- Provide career counseling and assessments to identify barriers.
- Complete intakes and build networks with employers for jobs and workshops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology.
- 1-2 years experience in social services.
- Valid driver's license.
