At Validity, we're seeking an exceptional Full Stack WordPress Developer to join our team. With over 20 years of experience in delivering top-tier solutions, we're committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence.
We're looking for a highly skilled developer who can help us create seamless user experiences, drive results, and enhance our brand presence. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our graphic design, content, demand generation, product marketing, and product management teams to deliver high-performing websites that exceed expectations.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in front-end technologies like HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, and CSS to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Your extensive background in UI and UX design will enable you to craft intuitive experiences that engage visitors and increase time on site.
Apart from maintaining website security, monitoring and optimizing site speed, and developing interactive web elements, you'll also collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand goals and objectives, provide recommendations, and guide the website architecture.
Your role will involve working with Senior Graphic Designer to turn layouts and wireframes into HTML pages, keeping themes and plugins up to date, managing the back-end and website architecture, and conducting performance tests and troubleshooting issues.
You'll be responsible for enabling designated stakeholders to make minimal copy changes on the site, monitoring live website performance, ensuring projects stick to budgets and deadlines, and providing diagnostic reports of website performance with improvement recommendations.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of WordPress development experience, an in-depth understanding of front-end technologies, experience in building user interfaces, and a solid understanding of user experience.
We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on location and experience. If you're passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, driving results, and pushing the boundaries of innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
