Medical Associates Clinic is a reputable healthcare organization seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant, LPN or RN to join our team at our Lancaster, WI location.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including collecting pertinent health data, conducting diagnostic testing, and reviewing medical records.

The work schedule for this full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an average of 72 hours per pay period. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collecting patient health data, conducting diagnostic testing, and reviewing medical records
  2. Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patient needs are met
  3. Communicating effectively with patients, coworkers, and other stakeholders
  4. Documenting patient care, including interventions, medication, and education
  5. Facilitating reimbursement of services provided
  6. Maintaining a safe, organized, and well-equipped office environment
  7. Performing phlebotomy duties and other additional tasks as required
Requirements
  • Education: Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study or certification at a business or trade school
  • Certification/License: Certification as a Medical Assistant or LPN/RN license required
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent trust, diplomacy, and communication skills
  • Other Skills: Keyboarding skills, use of electronic equipment, and ability to operate medical equipment
