Job Summary

The Behavioral Technician will provide a range of behavioral supports to students within the Mariposa County Unified School District. The Technician will provide assessments, develop individual behavior plans, provide training and consultation to staff, families, and caregivers, attend team meetings, collect and monitor data, and collaborate with school, District staff, and outside agencies as appropriate.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience: One year of experience working directly with students and providing behavioral support.
  • Additional experience/training specific to behavior management or applied behavior analysis is preferred.
  • Education: Associate's degree or meeting MCUSD's requirements for being an instructional aide.
  • Licenses: Valid California Driver's License.
  • Certification or Licensure for Board Certified Behavior Specialist or School Psychologist preferred.
