Job Title: Park Experience Host

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Park Experience Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment, and contributing to the overall success of our park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guest service, responding to questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure guest safety and well-being by monitoring attractions and enforcing park rules.
  • Assist with admission, café, and merchandise sales, as well as coordinate birthday parties and events.
  • Host birthday parties, ensuring all guest needs are met and creating a memorable experience.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks to ensure the park's facilities and attractions are in good working order.
  • Assist in managing inventory and supporting management with opening and closing park procedures.
  • Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
  • Help maintain a clean environment, performing janitorial duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
  • Customer Service and Retail Sales experience preferred.
  • Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and some holidays.
  • Comfortable engaging with guests and team members, both one-on-one and in large groups.
