About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Account Manager to join our Global High Tech Division at Nalco Water, an Ecolab company. As an Assistant Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the global high tech market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to win and convert new business in the global high tech market
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of Corporate Accounts Managers to deliver against high growth expectations
  • Drive engagement and motivate the team to deliver the highest level of performance, sales, and growth
  • Evaluate individual sales efforts against measurable performance requirements and targets
  • Implement and oversee appropriate sales processes, procedures, and support to increase individual and team effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of successful technical sales and corporate or national account sales experience
  • 5+ years of leading and developing teams
  • Demonstrated sales skills, including relationship-based selling and prospecting
  • Position requires a current and valid driver's license
