We focus on user experience research to understand what people see, do, think, and feel when using websites, mobile applications, voice interfaces, AR/VR, wearables, and other digital products.

Responsibilities
  1. Build Trusted Relationships: Provide consultative guidance and recommend solutions to drive the research process forward.
  2. Lead UX Research Studies:
  • Consult on research methodology or project scope.
  • Develop moderator guides.
  • Consult with clients on prototype development.
  • Moderate remote and in-person user experience research studies or conduct interviews.
  • Analyze research findings and deliver insights addressing research questions.
  • Craft recommendations in alignment with research findings.
  • Develop presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure report meets their business needs.
  • Presentation to client teams.
  • Explore creative solutions to research challenges.
  • Continuously develop research and consultative skills.
  • Keep projects on schedule and within scope and budget.
  • Contribute to AnswerLab's knowledge library.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience conducting qualitative research.
  • Leading consulting engagements with clients/stakeholders.
  • Designing and writing discussion guides, screeners, test protocols, and final reports.
  • Using online/remote tools for conducting research.
  • Conducting presentations with senior-level business managers and executives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate discussions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Presentation skills, including building slide decks.

Physical Requirements

  • Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
  • Sitting for extended periods.
