Job Summary

As a Branch Banker at PNC Financial Services Group, you will play a vital role in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. You will be responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet, and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet.
  • Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
