Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Brokerage Operations team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Gather market research information to create client deliverables, such as market surveys and competitive sets.
- Prepare deal documents, including Request for Proposals, Letters of Intent, and leasing status reports, with direction from brokers and/or knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain our Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
- Manage and maintain all listings on CoStar, LoopNet, and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions.
- Assist and participate in planning for industry functions, client events, and open houses.
- Collect and process deal file paperwork, calculate and generate invoices, and track and process broker expense reports.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, and greeting clients.
- 1+ years of relevant experience supporting multiple people, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and JLL's in-house platforms.
- Experienced with Adobe InDesign.
- Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn with a positive attitude and a drive for personal growth and development.
- Able to assert discretion and professionalism when given access to confidential and private information.
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
