Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing clinical documentation to ensure it meets the necessary criteria for risk adjustment coding. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance clinical documentation quality.

About the Role

  • Review clinical documentation to identify potential errors or discrepancies that may impact risk adjustment coding.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Health Information Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical documentation or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
