Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pepper Pike Staffing LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned work orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring resident satisfaction and meeting company standards.
  • Prepare vacant residential units for re-leasing by performing minor repairs and completing small projects, ensuring all mechanical systems are in working order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, focusing on curb appeal, move-in experience, timely work order response, and friendly interaction.
  • Regularly inspect common areas and grounds to maintain cleanliness and safety, taking prompt action to address any issues.
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls, diagnose problems, and resolve them effectively.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of maintenance experience in a multi-unit residential setting preferred.
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical certifications, or similar, are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar software is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail, are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to interact effectively with diverse groups.
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF FAIR HOUSING LAWS AND REGULATIONS IS ESSENTIAL.
  • A current, valid driver's license and insurability are required.
About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, independence, and maturity. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance, and be willing to work a rotational on-call weekend schedule.

Earnings Potential

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, depending on location and other factors. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
