BOM Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BOM Analyst to join our team at Yanfeng US Automotive Interior Systems I LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Manufacturing Bills of Materials and ensuring the accuracy of Launch BOMs. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify the accuracy of Launch BOMs
Maintain Manufacturing Bills of Materials
Establish and adhere to an annual BOM review process
Lead BOM review meetings with cross-functional teams
Participate in Engineering Change Meetings and Launch Reviews
Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in the field
Less than 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
Ability to travel and work at customer sites
Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and Email
Previous experience with Inventory Control Planning and Supply Chain Management
Detail-oriented and able to accurately communicate with coworkers and management

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office environment with occasional travel to customer sites. The successful candidate must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and meet deadlines.
