About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Health Specialist to join our team in supporting the health readiness of military personnel. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted industry leader, DOCS Health, and contribute to delivering high-quality healthcare services.

As a Medical Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in assessing the health status of military personnel, reviewing medical records, and interviewing individuals to determine current and prior medical concerns. You will also be responsible for identifying any immediate concerns, including behavioral health issues, and documenting your findings in the service member's medical record.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as basic computer knowledge and skills. You must be able to work extended hours, adapt to fast-paced environments, and travel, with weekend availability preferred. We value independence, flexibility, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Benefits
  • Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
  • Active NP license in the state required
  • CPR/BLS Certification necessary
  • Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health preferred
  • Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology preferred
